		20 Reads The news was only bad. With each passing day, Listra would hear the pleas of her people. Some even within the city itself now were beginning to be drained but the strangest things were happening. The foulthings, the small, foot-long creatures were slowly beginning to die off. Some of their bodies would be found in walls or in some dark corner somewhere, but the worst thing was was that the ones who did not die seemed to go mad. They would pick a Blood, or several in an area and attack them so visciously and savagely that the Blood was forced to fall back on instinct to protect themselves and use their Jewels. The foulthings would gorge themselves on such power and then they would start to shriek as if in pain. 		40 Reads As of February 1st, chambers will be mandatory for all characters regardless of longevity at the site and to which realm one is a part of. Each realm, from Zatrikion to each of the Outer Realms, now have chamber templates. Each realm has the detailed template, that you are used to seeing. A simplier, basic template has been created as well. Basic template is name, stats and physical appearance along with the correct realm badge. That is the –minimal- amount of information required for the page linked to the chat name. The realm badge needs to be in every existing chamber, upper right corner on the page that is linked to the chat name. There is to be no writing above the realm badge and no other image above it, we need it to be found quickly. Please do not change the color or alter the realm badges in any way. Realm badges need to only be on the page linked to the chat. Registration forms now exist for the Outer Realms. And as you can see there is a button up top that leads to them for further information. As the rules that we’ve used throughout the site are now open for change for the Outer Realms, there is a page on what is acceptable for these characters. 		54 Reads Foulthings. It had become the widespread nickname for these creatures that were now making their home and burrowing deep into..well, everything they could find. These footlong creatures that looked like half spider, half dog couldn't be stopped so Listra and her Court decided that if a price was put on the heads of these little beasts, perhaps the incentive for finding and killing them would be more. Then it had completely destroyed Cepheus to further push Shakna and her people into a vulnerable position. Finally, having Queen Shakna exactly where they wanted her, they kidnapped both her and Princess Malyani. In Delain, things had not fared much better: riots had been sparked by two Organisation operatives and several of the Chiganious Knights had been proven to be spies. 		43 Reads This city was known to crawl with wretched creatures that went ‘bump’ in the night. In fact, of late it seemed to team with them. The last few nights were no different. It started out as a man simply walking to work on the graveyard shift at the docks. But what he’d come across was something terrible indeed. A be tusked beast it was, with a main of bone yellow and hide to match. Beady eyes stared at the man for several moments as the thing slouched before him. Talooned hands would lift, and oddly enough, the claws of the left hand extended to what appeared to be strings. This one was known only as ‘The Puppeteer.’ In a wriggling manner the ‘strings’ snaked their way around the man and attached at the base of his skull. The grin the beast gave was one of a hungry delight. ‘Mine to play.’ The thing croaked. And so the man was. His gaze slackened, eyes glassed over as the tendrils embedded deep within the spine and brain of the man. “Go my puppet. The royal family of Castle Chiganious had expected their enemies to make their move eventually but, like Celestia, they had had no idea of when it would come or in what shape it would arrive. Even after Cepheus had fallen and Queen Shakna taken neither King Garnar or Queen Talimlock could predict what would happen next. It had been a quiet day in Delain and Queen Talimlock and her friend, Aquarius Vai, ventured out of the castle in order to do some shopping in Delain. This in no way limits your ability to play your character outside of the theme, in fact I will do my best to return the groups of people to the city at the end of each game but it will provide a set game time to play out the RK adventures. 		72 Reads Hello True MR'ers, hope you all have had a glorious New Year's. Welcome to 2010. Here at MyRealms, we've implemented changes for this upcoming year like we've never thought we would. We are opening up the realms for possibilities outside of Zatrikion. This includes new rules and new realities. Already we have lined up Steampunk, Science Fiction, and a Fantasy realm that has its own rules for magic and combat. We hope to see a realm of Horror, all it takes is someone that wants to open it. These changes will require new rules for character travel, and those will be posted within the next few days and once those are posted we'll open the new rooms. We hope you enjoy expanding your role play horizons. Would you believe that Lurking Madness is celebrating year 7 as a Game Master at Mystical Realms? Thank you for everything you do, Madness! Also, you've no doubt noticed that we've added new GMs for Auvrynon, Rage and Data. We wish many good stories for them in the year to come. Throughout the year we hope to hold a few IC celebrations for characters, like what we did this past Halloween. Day for Lovers in early spring is one we hope will be fun. And finally, even though we had all of our issues with the server this year, with our hard drive crashing and being moved, and then countless issues with email that was forcing the jumps-tos; we've not increased our operating costs.
