Rosha has two moons, Neimad is closer to the world so appears larger in the sky. It is an icy blue color and has a 28-day cycle. Lynae, the smaller satellite, is silvery-white in color with a 49-day cycle, its phases longer.

In the spring of the Year of the Gathering, 3201 vin. a new object was seen in the sky. Smaller than the moon Lynae, it was crimson in hue. Too large to be a planet, the red orb disappeared by the morning. Less than two weeks had gone by when it made a reappearance. Since then it has been seen many times, appearing in various positions in the sky, confounding astrologers with its unexplained and unexpected arrivals. It never remains around from more than a night or two before vanishing without a trace. It has come to be known as Illisade and many tales are springing up to explain its mysterious origin.
