History: Cisko had a fairly normal childhood. At least until he was 15 that's when everything changed. On a particularly quiet night in the city, Cisko found himself waiting for a bus in a neighborhood he had no business being in. But instead of hearing the sound of a coming bus he heard the sound of someone screaming coming from behind him. Like a stupid kid he decided to investigate. He was stunned to see a man laying up against the wall of an alleyway. The man was bleeding profusely, he obviously didn't have much time left. Cisko tried his best to help the man but he simply waved off Cisko's attempts, he knew he was going to die. Instead, he held out a wrinkled and slightly tattered envelope. The last words he said was an address. Cisko knew what he had to do. He didn't know why he had to deliver the envelope but some strange compulsion forced Cisko to search out the desired recipient. It took nearly a week for him, he barely slept or ate during the search. But nonetheless he delivered the envelope. Cisko didn't expect anything to happen after, but was surprised when the recipient then tasked him to deliver another envelope to someone else. It all spiraled from there, every time he delivered something he was asked to do another, and another, soon he was well known in the criminal world as a reliable messenger. He lived most of his teenage years under the protection and favor of various criminal organizations but it was a hard education. He learned quickly that the information he normally carried was a coveted and feared commodity and rivals would kill for it. To counter this Cisko changed his tactics. He had to take command of a realm that no one else could. He took to the rooftops of the city. He became a daredevil, leaping from rooftop to rooftop, performing spectacular acrobatic stunts all in an attempt to evade those who wished to catch him.
Personality:Cisko is a fairly laid-back and intelligent guy. He can take in large amounts of instructions and memorize them. Also there's not much that rattles him. He keeps a cool head. He's quick with sarcastic comments and he considers himself a good judge of human nature and is generally suspicious of people he can't get a read on.
Likes/Dislikes: He likes people who can keep a sense of humor about them. He enjoys running, jumping and just moving in general. He doesn't like people who act unnecessarily mysterious or being still for long periods of time.
Strengths/Weaknesses: Cisko is very acrobatic and is in very good shape, he can evade better than anyone in the city. He's not very good though with serious conversation. He feels awkward in it.
Miscellaneous Notes: After delivering some black market goods to an upstart gourmet restaurant, he developed an interest in cooking. He's taught himself how to be a pretty competent if not great cook.

CISKO'S NEIGHBORHOOD
Description: Cisko lives on the South Side of Arborlon. His run-down apartment building is nestled neatly in a neighborhood filled with tenant buildings, dirty mom & pop shops and a few dilapidated houses. It's dirty, it's rough but Cisko loves it.
The People: The people who populate Cisko's corner of the city are a tough group. Most of them factory workers or unemployed. They rely on each other for various things: Childcare, food, shelter and whatever else they need. Children with dirty hands and torn shoes run around in the street until nighttime. A group of old guys sit on their stoops all day and take great pleasure in busting each other's and everyone else's balls whenever they can.

The Building Cisko lives in an practically ancient apartment building. It was built back in the 20s during a huge housing development push by the city. Since then it's fallen in disrepair and a majority of the residents don't pay rent. The building and practically the whole area has been forgotten by the city.
The Inside Cisko lives modestly. There isn't much to his place. He has one couch in his tiny living room and a decent tv across from it. The only thing that separates the kitchen and the living room is a dramatic change from tile floors to a matted down carpet floor. Cisko keeps a stereo unceremoniously in the corner. It's almost permanently set to his favorite radio station, 105.7 AWXL The Groove. Down a small hallway is Cisko's room. It's practically blank except for one poster of this particular piece of graffiti art Cisko likes.
