Tuly leaves a good first impression. Often acting younger than her age, she is cheery and enthusiastic. It's easy to make her smile and laugh, and she is quick to trust people and think the best of everyone. Tuly lives in the Eastern part of Arbor City at Fenmore Road.
She likes spending her free time jogging at Birch Point Park, shopping at the Greyfield Shopping Center or just hanging out in one of the many cafés in Arbor. She can often be seen at the Preston Memorial Cemetery, where she visits at least twice every week.
