Description:
These undead do not decay past their current appearance. They possess greater intelligence, and can move with greater speed than their counterparts. Serving as captains of undead forces in the kingdom of Elbryan Wyndon, they keep a limited control over the vast numbers of undead he maintains, taking some of the burden from his own shoulders when in combat. To date only human corpses seem a candidate for the tedious ritual process it takes to create such a powerful undead being.

Combat:
In combat the Greater Undead choose maces over swords, and crossbows over normal bows. They enjoy the defilement of bodies through vulgar wounds, such as crushed skulls, and mangled limbs from being beaten with a mace even after death.

They also wear enchanted armors, that protect them from postive energies such as healing, and divine energies from clerics. Though they are not immune completely.

In battle they appear the same as a common undead, except for the lack of decay. Making it more difficult for snipers to target them as the leader.

Habitat/Society:
Greater Undead Warriors serve only in the cities of Zodinu Oroch, and the fortress of Raasi Caosga. They do socialize with the humans of both cities, but do not go looking for conversation.

They can be found sitting in taverns, though they do not eat, nor drink. They merely sit there trying to mimic some type of normal humanity.

Most persons transformed into the creatures, surprisingly enough, volunteer for the ritual. Greedy in life, and thinking it will make them stronger they accept only to regret their decision later when it is too late. The only thing keeping them from leaving Elbryan, and his kingdom is a promise that he will return them to normal following twenty years of service to him.

Ecology:
If one takes a promise from Elbryan as the truth, these creature's exist for only twenty years, during that time they live in cities, and socialize with the population if approached and spoken too, however they stay to themselves mostly and can sometimes be seen shopping, or trying to drink, or eat only to find no joy in it. Needing no resources that the living require, they perform such odd acts out of longing to be normal once more.
