Description:
Rock Roaches are approximately 4 feet in length, with sharp fangs protruding from their snouts and a long, scorpion like tail that juts out one foot from the body. They are black in color with hard scaled brown crustacian like armor, with soft underbellies.

Description:
Rock Roaches are approximately 4 feet in length, with sharp fangs protruding from their snouts and a long, scorpion like tail that juts out one foot from the body. They are black in color with hard scaled brown crustacian like armor, with soft underbellies.
Combat:
Rock Roaches live just under the surface of large flat plateaus across the mountains. They drill tiny holes into the rocks they live under, which, when triggered by prey forces a red ooze through the hole that acts like a glue, forcing the prey in place while the roaches appear from beneath the ledges to drain the victim dry. However, if blood comes in contact with the ooze, it acts as a catalyst, dissolving the sticky ooze and freeing the prey. The stinger on the end acts as a paralyzer giving the roach even more advantage.

It is believed there are only a hundred or so of them, because of their size and competition in the mountains. Bolgerath feed on the roaches as well as the larger birds that move across the mountainscape. The roaches are active year round and tend to lay only one egg a year.
