COMBAT
Weapons & Armor: Although she wears no armor, Erdendelai is proficient in the use of several narrow-bladed daggers, concealed about her person. The pommel of each is crafted to resemble an undersea blossom, and carries a lethal poison sting if any hand but her own closes upon it. The blade also carries a compartment of strong paralyzing venom, strong enough to stop a sea-scrag if need be.
Special Attacks: Having concentrated for most of her life primarily upon Psionic skills, the queen of Noir Tsiilegneh prefers to use charm and persuasion over brute force. However, one of the psionic skills she has cultivated is an ability called Flood Warp. Using this ability, she can harness the full power of an ocean current into a crushing force directed toward whatever target she selects, be it a single creature, a pod of whales, or a fleet of ships. This force can be maintained for up to twenty minutes at a time, but she must take a length of time equal to the duration of the spell to recover before using it again.

Born daughter and heir of the previous ruler of Noir Tsiilegneh, raised and trained to take his place. She married young to the heir of a high-ranking family, who declined his rank and duties in favor of a younger brother to join Erdendelai as co-ruler, making Noir Tsiilegneh a diarchy. Their only child is a son, and engaged to a daughter of the Lord and Lady of Haven.
