Weapons & Armor: Lythrizass wears no armor, though her clothes are enchanted to act as such. Although comfortable for daily wear, the garments react as armor if struck with force or weapon. She invariably carries the snake-headed whip of a drow priestess, and frequently a jagged longsword, the blade crafted to resemble flame, which at her command can either change to true, blue-hot flame, or produce searing heat.
Special Attacks: Specializing in fire magics, the drow Matron invariably uses those in her attacks.
Special Defenses: Highly resistant to fire-based magics.
Special Abilities: Flame control, and a high level of control when dealing with flame-element creatures.
Miscellaneous Magical Items: Minor baubles may vary, but Lithrizass is never without her firewebs. Small, palm sized disks of metal strands woven into a web, resembling decoration more than anything else, these will expand when flung at an enemy to encompass their entire body, tangling and clinging anywhere it touches skin, trapping them in a net of blue-hot web.

HISTORY
Second-born daughter of the previous Matron of Uuthli Chath and with a natural skill in fire magics, Lythrizass centered her training exclusively on that discipline. Before her hundredth year, her elder sister vanished without explanation while in her own study. The only traces that were found of her were a sifting of very fine ash on the floor, and soot on the ceiling.
Upon the death of the previous Matron, who perished with a flame blade piercing her from kidney to throat while sacrificing a discarded consort upon the House Alter, Lythrizass ascended to Matron of House Uuthli Chath. She had already discerned that there was little hope of the House rising in power within the city, and her experimentation with flame elementals had shown her a location, far from the crowded city of Vvrok'uvin and perfectly suited to her own skills.
Gathering several other minor Houses, all skilled in flame magics and all with little to no hope of improving the status of their House, to her intent, she relocated and founded the city of Cress d'Chath. With exquisite treachery and conspiracy, the Matrons of each House to accompany Uuthli Chath were gathered together in the Temple of Lloth within the newly built House Uuthli Chath. To create the Flame Orbs needed to control the surrounding volcanoes, they secluded themselves within the Temple, naught but the Matrons present. Here they combined their greatest magics into an offering to Lloth - yet it was not this which Lythrizass offered in sacrifice. While the Matrons were deep within the workings of their magic, she combined her own, greater powers with the betrayal of every drow there except herself.
At the height of the ceremony, every Matron in the room except for Lythrizass was engulfed in pure, blue-hot flame, consumed alive as an offering to Lloth. This together with the undisclosed spells interwoven into the sacrifice by the Matron of the First House resulted in the creation of the six Flame Orbs with which she controls the volcanic energies around Cress d'Chath.
