Krak-Akul
‘Fifth Glacier’, just north of Shun-Akul, east of Madh-Akul and straddling the northernmost point of Rosha, is home to a roving tribe of Frost Giants. Continually traveling the landmass to find grazing for the caribou that are the staple of their diet, they have long since conquered and enslaved the clans of Yeti that once lived there. Now they breed the slaves and use them as pack animals, food, and bait when they hunt the Remorhaz that share the landmass and occasionally hunt the Giants. Nomadic tribes of Selkie off the coastline keep any of the mammalian sea life from coming ashore, avidly chasing them away to avoid competition for the fish that they hunt and farm, training sea-wolves to herd the tame schools of fish like a sheepdog would guide its wooly charges on land.
