The Ram: The God of Valor and of the Fighters, the form of this god is often seen as the Ram. All gods and goddesses have two forms, a human's and what they symbolize. Those who worship the Ram are normally those of the fighting class in Celestia, such as the Elites, the Guards or Fighters, and those who practice the art of warfare. This God is known to take action before considering the consequences, and is the most rash of the Twelve Beings. While he takes the form of the ram in his animal form, he takes the form of a muscular man with auburn hair, bright hazel eyes, and curled rams' horns over his pointed ears. He's depicted with many weapons and a large shields on the walls of the Temple. Like the The Bull, he is not one to easily forgive. He is the consort of the Priestess of the Scales. He is also known as Veeram
The Bull: The Goddess of Strenght and Agriculture, the form of this goddess is often seen as the Bull. She is often worshiped by farmers and fighters. The Goddess is known to take the form of a young woman with tanned skin with long golden-brown hair, and hazel eyes. She wears a flowing green sari and, among the other gods and goddesses, is known to be pragmatic, down-to-earth, and stubborn. When she is offended, she may or may not forgive considering her difficulty in accepting that someone has an ability to change themselves. She is the consort of the Lion. Her name is Vivehsaya The Twins: This God and Goddess are protectors of children in Celestia as they have very child-like qualities themselves. They take the forms of a little boy and a little girl, often seen hand in hand, and never apart. It is said that the mothers themselves pray to the twins in order to protect their children so that they may not come to harm. These Child -god and -goddess are known to be mischievous, always doing what they can to get information to sate their insatiable curiosity. While they are easily amused and mischievous, they are still known to think clearly as opposed to The Ram. The twins are depicted as kittens in their animal forms. As humans, however, the male is dressed in a white shirt and pant-suit known as a jippa, while the female wears a black flowing skirt and shirt. Both have black hair and dark brown eyes and take the appearance of five-year-olds. They are the consorts of the Circling Fish. The little girl is known as Neelah and the Little boy is known as Suriyah. The Crab: The Goddess of Family Relations, the form of this goddess is that of the Crab. She is generally welcomed and prayed to by everyone, especially those who have families or would one day would like to have a family. Often time, the matriarchal head of the family will give offerings in exchange for peace and prosperity within a family. The human image of the goddess depicted on the walls of the Temple is that of an older woman in a red and orange sari with braided black hair with reddish tints. It is said that it is she who watches over the Celestials themselves, who are more or less her family. She is the consort of the Centaur. She is referred to as Ahmma. The Lion: The God of Courage and the Sun, this god takes the animal form of a male lion. He is worshiped by all when one is feeling fearful. He is known to be a fighter, much like the Ram when it comes to fighting skills, but unlike the Ram himself, the Lion is known to think before he acts. It is said that he is exuberant and welcoming, often amusing the twins from time to time. He is depicted as a man in gold armor with bright amber eyes and hair as wild as a lion's mane. He is the consort of the Bull. He is also known as Dhairium The Virgin: The Goddess of Maidens and Marriage the goddess takes the form of a hummingbird. It is said the Vigin is the decision maker, or the influence over the other Celestials' decisions. Despite this, however, she is not one for chaos, and has a tendency to avert them as much as possible. She is guide to unmarried women and young girls. The Virgin is, however, a compassionate goddess who forgives easily. If she does not, it is said that it would take an eternity to fal back into her good graces. The Goddess is depicted on the Temple walls as a young maiden in a lavender sari with long, flowing black hair and bright brown eyes. She usually spends time with the Twins. She is the consort of the Scorpion. She is known as Sathmina. The Priestess of the Scales: The Goddess of Balance, Harmony, and Peace, the Goddess often takes the form of a dove. She's depicted as a priestess, and is worshiped by the priestesses of the Temple themselves. She is always seen to have a look of peace with that same aura surrounding her. She is also the mediator, the peace keeper among the other Celestials. She is the consort of the Ram. She is referred to as Kahlah The Scorpion: The God of Stealth, the god takes the form of a Scorpion. The Scorpion is the more indecisive of the Celestials. He looks after mainly himself, and holds no great respects for mankind as a whole. But when he does find a group he cares about, he's fiercely loyal to them. The Scorpion sees not good nor evil, but rather what actions will help himself or his allies. On the Temple walls, he is depicted as a man dressed in black with a high color over the lower half of his face. His eyes are piercing green and his hair as red as flames. Unlike the other Celestials, however, his skin is paler, looking vaguely ill as though he were poisoned. He is the consort of the Virgin. He is known as Kouvem The Centaur: The God of Knowledge and Travel, the god takes a form of a horse or a centaur. He is the wisest, and is said the be the eldest among the Celestials themselves. He is known to be someone who takes great care in travels and is often prayed to before one beings their journey. He is often depicted on the Temple walls as a centaur, and on occassion, as a man dressed in traveling garments and a single leather back resting over his shoulders. His hair wold be slightly long and pulled back away from his olive-toned face and bright blue eyes. It is said that he has a restless disposition. Though he is not one to care for being in one place for a very long time, he is still the consort of the Crab. He is known as Kudehrai. The Hybrid: The God of Order, he takes the form the hybrid; a creature who is a goat above his torso and a fish below the torso. He is known to have a bit of a rivalry with the Scorpion. The Hybrid is often prayed to during a time of chaos and despair so that peace may return to one's life. On the temple walls, he takes the shape of a man dressed in a pure white jippa. His disposition is believed to be one of a stern being, with wise violet eyes and a steady temperament. He is the consort of the Water Bearer. The God of Order is known as Niide. The Water Bearer: Goddess of the Ocean and Discord, this Goddess takes the form of a dolphin. Despite taking amusement in the general chaos, she is the Goddess whom the sailors of Celestia, and others who wish to travel on the sea, pray to for safe journey. She is depicted as a young maiden dressed in a black sari, holding a pitcher from her shoulder which is pouring out water. Her long black hair is spanned out, and her eyes are are a vivid ruby color. Her personality is that of someone who will do what she can in order to gain the upper hand in a situation. It is said that she became the consort of the hybrid because of the constant conflict between them. Despite being the Goddess of Discord, she is the consort of the Hybrid. The Goddess of Chaos is refered to as Kalavera The Circling Fish: God and Goddess of Life and Death, this god and goddess take the form of two fish circling one another. They are often worshiped during a birth so that the new life will have peace and happiness during its life time, and then they are worshiped again after a death by loved ones so that the person who passed may be able to find peace. As humans, they take the form of a little boy and a little girl with light brown hair. Both the god and goddess wear cream-colored jippas. Each of the Fish balance the temperament of the Twins. Their consorts are the Twins. The God of Death is known as Yemen. The Goddess of Life is known as Ooyir ((The page is still under construction)) |
