Celestia

Cepheus is the Captial of Celestia and the home of the Rulers. Surrounding the Palace itself is a large, bustling town and market filled with people of various races. There is the Celestian Forest to the West and the Ocean to the East. The majority of business concerning matters with other realms takes place within the Palace itself, upon the invitation of the Ruler.

Surrounding the Palace is the marketplace, with various buildings and stalls that are filled with various wares ranging from weapons, jewelry, clothing, books, etc. It's often busy during the day, but despite all the chaos, the people are generally happy. Every so often, there may be a ruffian or two, attempting to cause some sort of discord, but the guards or several others in the city do what they can to prevent such things.

The city at night is an entirely different story. As the sun sets and the moon rise, music begins to fill the air. The nights are colorful with brightly colored lamps resting at the windowsills of homes and shops. Families gather in different parts of the city to watch dancers and musicians perform. Those who gathered are often encouraged to dance as well, to feel at ease as the night moves forward.

The Palace, where the Rulers of Celestia reside, is a gated Palace with guards always posted at the main gates. Behind it was the gardens, where the Queen often spends her time entertaining friends when the weather is fair. The guards, with the Queen's permission, allow the Queen's friends to pass through, allowing them to come and go as they please. Those who are otherwise, however, will be questioned.
